30 DAYS IN 30 A4, 2015

The Collective Exhibition Project "30 DAYS IN 30 A4", in the second edition, now with 13 participants, proposes a discussion in which the process is the most significant part of the production of the works. In its first edition, had the participation of seven people and arose from a conversation between two friends separated geographically but united by a poetic. Then they decided to address the issue in artistic production, inviting more 5 friends to develop a collective project.

In the current edition, the theme changes while maintaining the momentum of the process: each participant must produce one image a day, for 30 days and must place it in A4 size space - the day should fit in A4, the month should be in 30 A4 - 30 A4 30 DAYS.

These images can be generated by any tool, a camera, a pencil or a brush, and being able to mix tools maintaining the veracity of the daily record.

During the process we begin to realize the similarities of records and some synchronicity on certain days, directly related to these dramatic days of the week, reinforcing the idea of the collective process of contemporary art.

The choice was made: a feeling we date and publicly endorse into an art form by choosing the cataloging of days as free consultation files.

It is an art dated, ordered and produced with start date and end time, process time duration. The show mounted unconventionally and a multifunctional space, invites the public to interfere with the production, changing the edition of the works by changing their meanings with their new choices, new editions.
